Harrogate suffered another narrow 3-2 defeat, this time by Queen's, Halifax, in the Yorkshire Premiership.
Most of Harrogate's matches this season have ended 3-2 – but not always in Gate's favour.

This time Gate team skipper Ian Woodhead said his narrow defeat at fifth string had been vital in turning the match for Queen's Halifax.

But despite the s
etback, Harrogate still managed to take 10 points from the match, with Queen's clinching 15.

Chapel Allerton II, bidding to retain Yorkshire Premiership status following promotion last season, went down 3-2 to Huddersfield.
