Wakefield Wildcats: Moore handed ban

Wakefield Wildcats prop Richard Moore will miss his side's first home game of the season against Les Catalans Dragons on Sunday after being banned for one game by a Rugby Football League disciplinary committee last night.

Moore and Harlequins prop Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook were sent off in the 76th minute of Trinity's 18-10 victory at the Twickenham Stoop on Saturday.

McCarthy-Scarsbrook, who was also fined 200, will miss his side's engage Super League match at Warrington on Sunday after being banned for butting Moore. Moore was ordered to pay a 300 fine after being found guilty of punching in the same incident.
