Sport: Big freeze strikes again

The freezing conditions continued to hit the sporting programme as three of tomorrow's npower Football League games were postponed today.

The League One matches between Colchester and Oldham and Hartlepool and Leyton Orient and the League Two clash between Morecambe and Aldershot were called off.

Conditions were deemed unplayable following pitch inspections this morning.

More fixtures are expected to fall with pitch inspections at grounds across the country due to take place throughout the day.
