Rovers pass French test
Featherstone Rovers kept up with the Championship pacesetters with a convincing victory in France on Saturday.
Toulouse conceded the first try on eight minutes with full back Ian Hardman crossing and then Sam Smeaton added another and with Stuart Dickens kicking one of his six goals it was soon 12-0.
Rovers bagged their third try through Kyle Briggs and further touchdowns came from Tim Spears and another from Briggs as Rovers eased home.
Damien Couturier (2) and Faure crossed for home tries, while Couturier also kicked two goals.
