TODAY’S fourth round draw for the Tetley’s Challenge Cup threw up two pulsating West Yorkshire derbies and a plumb tie for another local team.

Leeds Rhinos will travel to Wakefield Trinity Wildcats in an all First Utility Super League tie on the weekend beginning Friday, April 4.

That means the teams will meet in successive games as Rhinos play host to Wildcats the following weekend in league action.

Castleford Tigers were drawn away to Kingstone Press Championship neighbours Batley Bulldogs, who are coached by Challenge Cup specialist John Kear - a winner with Sheffield Eagles and Hull and who was an assistant coach the last time Castleford lifted the trophy.

Dewsbury Rams were drawn at home to holders Wigan Warriors, while Featherstone Rovers entertain North Wales Crusaders in an all-Championship clash and Hunslet Hawks have home advantage against Workington Town.

The full draw is: Huddersfield Giants v St Helens, Dewsbury Rams v Wigan Warriors, Wakefield Trinity Wildcats v Leeds Rhinos, Rochdale Hornets v Leigh Centurions, Batley Bulldogs v Castleford Tigers, Doncaster v Hemel Stags, Keighley Cougars v Barrow Raiders, Featherstone Rovers v North Wales Crusaders, Hull KR v Warrington Wolves, Hull v Salford Red Devils, Bradford Bulls v Oldham, Hunslet Hawks v Workington Town, Catalan Dragons v London Broncos, Halifax v Widnes Vikings, Sheffield Eagles v London Skolars, Swinton Lions v York City Knights.
