Loan signing Michael Channing could make his Castleford Tigers debut at Huddersfield Giants on Sunday.

The centre/winger has been drafted into Tigers initial squad, alongside forward Dan Fleming. Half-back Jamie Ellis and prop Ben Davies retain their place in the 19, despite not making the side for the loss to St Helens two weeks ago.

Cas are without the suspended Ryan Boyle and fellow front-rower Keith Mason is left out after spending much of the week in court, where he won an unfair dismissal case against Giants. Ex-Cas winger Ben Blackmore is a surprise inclusion in Huddersfield’s 19, with Jermaine McGillvary making way. With Shaun Lunt missing out due to a foot injury, Kyle Wood could feature and Jamie Cording and Luke George are also vying for a recall.
