CASTLEFORD TIGERS will be without forward Junior Moors for around six weeks, but injuries to stand-off Ben Roberts and prop Grant Millington are not as bad as first feared.

All three were hurt in last week’s defeat at St Helens and Moors has already undergone surgery on a hand.

Fears Roberts had suffered a broken foot have proved unfounded, but he has a ligament tear and Millington hyper-extended an elbow.

Both Roberts and Millington will miss Sunday’s visit of Salford, but coach Daryl Powell said it is too early to assess how long they will be sidelined.
