Yarnbury's forwards were making excellent yards through quick recycling but the final pass didn't go to hands so they couldn't add a score before half time.

The second half saw Selby Kick a penalty goal. Soon after Yarnbury scored a fine unconverted try for returning veteran Phil Wary although his dive was only worth a five.

More pressure saw Gaz Poole score a try with Colt Pee-Wee McCarthy adding the extras. This lead to a very tight period of play where a mistake or lucky break would make all the difference.

Selby got that lucky break and scored a try in the corner in the last minute of a fine display of open rugby and sportsmanship.

Ben Carey had an excellent game in the forwards while Jason Hall led the backs well with some quick thinking in attack and defence.
