This was a hard fought game but neither side could make that all important break through.

This was prehaps not a surprising outcome given that this was second versus third in the league.

The Yellows started off well when in the first minute Elliot Ramsey put through George Taylor who with only the goalkeeper to beat just shot wide.

That was possibly the best chance of the first half with neither side , despite the game being end to end creating any clear cut chances.

The Yellows started the second half in the same vain when Thomas Brock put Owen Bailey clear though on the keeper but could not finish shooting wide. Scorpions responded with some good attacking play and at times were kept at bay with some desparate defending by the Yellows.

Showing the character of a team that has only lost one match all season.

Scorpions nearly scored on the final whistle but for some solid defending by Alex Weeks deflecting the ball inches past the post.

In the end a draw was a fair result with neither side deserving to lose.
