Leeds United v Yeovil Town: Player ratings - Hay
The Yorkshire Evening Post's chief football writer gives his verdict on Leeds United's League One table-toppers.
Casper Ankergren: His early save prevented Yeovil striker Jon Obika from really putting the cat among the pigeons, and that was as taxing as the game got for the Danish keeper - 6/10
Leigh Bromby: The link between him and Snodgrass was not a productive one, but he made no discernible errors and played as a virtual winger in the closing stages - 7/10
Richard Naylor: A repeat of the match against Norwich in so far as the midfield in front of him offered limited protection for an hour. Never looked like buckling and is starting to gel with Kisnorbo - 7/10
Patrick Kisnorbo: Game after game, Kisnorbo is emerging as the pick of the bunch. Two early efforts from Obika and Alcock were the beginning and end of Yeovil's chances - 8/10
Andrew Hughes: Took a risk with his tackle on Obika inside the box but timed it extremely well. His passing lacked accuracy but he was rarely ruffled during his hour on the field - 6/10
Robert Snodgrass: Did not figure prominently until the last half-hour when Grayson moved him onto the left. It gave him space and his pin-point cross was a gift to Kandol - 7/10
Michael Doyle: Removing Doyle on 59 minutes was the right decision. He and Howson failed to negate Yeovil's unusual system and Kilkenny brought more control to proceedings - 5/10
Jonathan Howson: The change to United's line-up in the second period did him the world of good, and he finished the match strongly. Not a complete display but effective in parts - 6/10
Bradley Johnson: Could not even pretend that his goal was intentional but it was crucial nonetheless. Gave his usual committed shift and moved seamlessly to left-back for the last 30 minutes - 7/10
Sam Vokes: Kept Yeovil guessing by mixing up his runs and his hold-up work was tidy, especially once Leeds took control of the match. Came close to scoring early in the second half - 7/10
Jermaine Beckford: Finished his goal with the casual confidence of a player on the training field, and United's second-half surge allowed him to really terrorise Yeovil's defence - 8/10
