Leeds United: Whites sign up Clayton
Leeds United have signed Manchester City midfielder Adam Clayton on a permanent deal.
The midfielder originally crossed the Pennines to Elland Road on loan at the start of the month, and has figured off the bench against Derby and Nottingham Forest.
The 21-year-old Academy graduate spent much of last season on loan with Carlisle United, and played at Wembley for the League One outfit.
Manchester-born Clayton was twice an unused substitute but did not make a first-team appearance for the Blues. He has won six caps for England Under-20s.
