The success crowns a 100 per cent league record for the 2007/08 season.
Team manager Mr Bergan commented that "The best team has deservedly won the right to call themselves champions of champions. Credit should go to all the players' hard work and dedication over the past two years."
Mr Bergan added: "Hopefully we can continue being successful and have a good run in the English Schools Cup next season"
