Karate: Leeds club's England joy
MARTIAL ARTS: Leeds Karate Academy is celebrating a superb start to 2010 after 16 members made the grade at the renowned Liverpool Red Triangle Dojo.
Reselected for the England Kumite (fighting) squad were: Ashley Scott, Natasha Balyckyi, Zoe Starr, David Wright, Nick Smith, Ryan Tucker, Melissa Finlay, Tom Little, Jordon Probst, Andrew Lister, Stephen Brown, Josie Fishkin and Andrew Cryer. Newly selected were James Brown, Mark Hardy and Abi Chapman.
David Wright, Zoe Starr, Natasha Balyckyi, Nick Smith and Jordon Probst were reselected for the British Kata squad.
