I AM very surprised by Neil Redfearn’s decision to return to his academy role at Leeds United, but I’m absolutely delighted.
With Redfearn back then the production line of young talent should keep coming which has to be good for the sake of Leeds United.
Neil Redfearn I salute you, that’s loyalty.
I don’t think anyone at Elland Road would have begrudged you to move to pastures new, but you are staying to continue unfinished business.
Backroom staff almost complete, just a few marqee signings – width, pace, backbone and a proven goalscorer. MOT.
Coach seems to be good choice

The signing of a goalkeeping coach seems like a very good appointment by Leeds United.
Good luck Richard Hartis – and welcome back.
Backroom staff getting stronger

Our (Leeds United’s) backroom staff is getting stronger and stronger.
I am not surprised Redders (Neil Redfearn) is staying.
He knows the talent we’ve got coming through (from the academy) and still wants to be part of it, methinks.
The ‘young uns’ will feel a lot better knowing that Redders is around.
And they must be buzzing knowing that he is staying.
I had said, after last season, that I will refuse to get exited this close season, but forget that.
Another signing or three and we WILL be competitive in this league.
We are on the way back – and I’m finding my positivity again (although I never really lost it).
‘Massive’ move to sign Hartis

This (signing goalkeeping coach Richard Hartis) is MASSIVE.
He will get Marco Silvestri to get rid of his ‘Dracula’ tag.
We are getting quality from top to bottom.
Uwe Rosler and Adam Pearson are getting this club some decent appointments.
I am ready to rock and roll. I am feeling quietly excited. Please don’t let me down.
