So where better for Leeds United’s promotion-chasing players to let off some steam than a go-kart track?
United squad members and manager Simon Grayson tested their driving skills during a visit to the Pole Position circuit near the Royal Armouries museum in Leeds.
Grayson said: “We felt this was an opportunity to relax, get away from the training ground and the strains of the past few months and enjoy go-karting.
“There was some good competition, the players were looking to beat each other and there was plenty of banter.”
