LEEDS United head coach Neil Redfearn made one change from the side who started last weekend’s home loss to Fulham ahead of this evening’s televised clash at Nottingham Forest.

Billy Sharp was handed his first start for United since September 16 in place of Souleymane Doukara, with the summer signing lining up against one of his former clubs, with Sharp spending the 2012-13 campaign on loan at the City Ground.

Meanwhile, Steve Morison was named on the substitutes bench by United, with the injured duo of Giuseppe Bellusci and Rudy Austin still sidelined.

Twelve-goal Forest top-scorer Britt Assombalonga was surprisingly demoted to the bench by Reds boss Stuart Pearce.

Former United loanees Eric Lichaj and Dexter Blackstock were named on the starting teamsheet by Pearce.

Forest: Darlow, Lichaj, Mancienne, Wilson, Hunt, Fox, Lansbury, Tesche, Fryatt, Blackstock, Antonio. Substitutes: Assombalonga, Lascelles, De Vries, Ince, Paterson, Burke, Osborn.

Leeds: Silvestri, Byram, Pearce, Cooper, Warnock, Cook, Bianchi, Mowatt, Adryan, Antenucci, Sharp. Substitutes: S Taylor, Berardi, Del Fabro, Tonge, Montenegro, Morison, Doukara.

Today’s referee is Roger East.
