Leeds United’s player of the year, Max Gradel, has called on the squad to finish the season with pride.
He said: “If you’ve given everything and you know you’ve given everything then you can be proud of yourself. It’s why coming up to the last couple of games we wanted to win them and see what happened.
“There’s nothing worse than players or teams who give up.
“It’s like you’re a thief if you do that. If you don’t get into the play-offs then you can accept that but only if you also gave yourself the best chance to be in there. I don’t like having things to regret.”
