WHITES legend Eddie Gray says Saturday’s trip to Charlton Athletic is impossible to call, admitting it depends which Leeds United side turn up in south London.

Fifteenth-placed United approach the Championship fixture following a run of four consecutive defeats with the Whites outclassed by second-placed Norwich City in a 2-0 loss at Elland Road on Tuesday evening.

Leeds now visit 12th-placed Charlton and Gray is confident United are good enough to leave London with victory but only if they return to their fine form from the start of 2015 which saw them win five out of six in a spell through January and February.

Gray said: “If we go to Charlton and perform well we could win the game but if we don’t perform to a decent level we could lose, quite easily.

“There’s so many teams that are similar in the league and unfortunately for us just now, we are one of the sides that are so similar to a lot of other teams.

“On a good day we can beat anybody but we don’t have enough good days.”
