Blazing Bolton want referee Rob Styles axed from the Premier League list after his howler handed Manchester United a crucial penalty. Styles pointed to the spot after Jlloyd Samuel cleanly tackled Cristiano Ronaldo, who got up to fire his side ahead and on the way to a 2-0 derby victory.
