DAILY EXPRESS: West Ham are sweating on the contents of voicemail and text messages secreted on the phone of Kia Joorabchian that threaten to reignite the row over the ownership of Carlos Tevez. Also: Steven Gerrard has delivered a brutal assessment of Liverpool's season and claimed not even winning the Champions League will soothe the disappointment of another failed title challenge.

DAILY TELEGRAPH: Steven Gerrard has launched a scalding attack on Liverpool's culture of domestic underachievement, insisting that not even winning the Champions League would make up for another season without a genuine title challenge. Also: Tottenham are considering a move from White Hart Lane - their home for almost 110 years - as they seek to build on their Carling Cup success and break the 'Big Four' dominance of English football.

THE TIMES: Ron Dennis, the team principal of McLaren Mercedes, came face to face with the consequences of his team's alleged illegal acquisition of Ferrari secrets yesterday when British and Italian detectives searched his home in Surrey. Also: West Ham United's protracted dispute with Kia Joorabchian threatens to be reignited in the next few weeks after the club said that they would mount a "vigorous defence" against a multimillion-pound compensation proceeding brought by the agent.
THE GUARDIAN: Avram Grant's prospects of remaining Chelsea's manager beyond the end of the current campaign have been damaged further after it emerged that Frank Rijkaard, one of the leading candidates to replace him at Stamford Bridge, expects to leave Barcelona in the summer despite having a further year on his contract and would consider a move to the Premier League club. Also: Arsenal's ownership became embroiled in fresh uncertainty last night. Alisher Usmanov reiterated his aim to take a "blocking stake", as the restriction against him mounting a full takeover bid was poised to expire.
