CASTLEFORD coach Terry Matterson feels Nathan Massey could break into the Tigers' first team after the young prop signed a new deal and full time contract for 2009.
Massey was already contracted for the 2009 season but has had his deal upgraded and will return from his loan spell at York City Knights for the Tigers' off-season.

Massey was the Tigers Academy player of the year in 2007 and Matterson feels the 19-year-old has potential as a first team player next term. "Ryan Boyle has done it this year and the ball is in Nathan's court," said Matterson.

"There won't be too much pressure as we're looking to Nathan for the future and it's not just about Super League – he's for the future but it will be good for Nathan to get his teeth in."
