SATURDAY'S top-of-the- table West Yorkshire League clash between leaders Aberford Albion and second-placed Leeds City ended in a highly-entertaining 3-3 draw.
On the mark for Leeds City were Gavin Chitick, Marc Saunders and Godwin Douglas. Replying for Aberford were Mike Brown, Martin Britton and Mitchell Camerson.
The draw allowed Knaresborough Town to creep into second place on goal difference with a
4-0 win at Ripon City.
Chris Hastings, Jim Bradley, Jared McGivern and Matt Duerden were all on target for Knaresborough.
The chasing pack also picked up points, Whitkirk Wanderers returning to winning ways with a 5-1 home win over Otley Town with goals from Charlie Stevens (2), Steve Palfrey, Rob Dickinson and Paul Robinson.

Ossett Common returned to winning ways as a goal from Marc Keane gave them a 1-0 victory at Ilkley Town and Altofts also slipped up at home, losing their derby with Woodhouse Hill WMC 3-2.
Craig Woodfine and Adam Swift were on the mark for Altofts but a Lee Hill brace and a Steve Senior strike won it for Woodhouse.
