HUCKNALL conspired to their own downfall after three men were dismissed which more-or-less handed Farsley a 4-0 home win and their first league victory since the end of August.
First Gary Sucharewycz was shown a red card for an off-the-ball incident with Matthew James on six minutes.

Nine minutes later Gary Ricketts joined Sucharewycz in the dressing room after going in studs first on Mark Jackson who had to withdraw due
to injury on 20 minutes.

Hucknall were then reduced to eight-men on the stroke of half-time when Dan MacPherson elbowed James in the face.

It took Farsley ten minutes to break down the eight men.

Rory Prendergast was unmarked at the far post and his shot was deflected in for an own goal by Chris Timons to break Hucknall's resistance.

Farsley, though, were struggling to break down Hucknall and it took until the 81st minute for the floodgates to open.

Firstly Tom Penford smashed home after Amjad Iqbal's header was cleared off the line.

Then, four minutes later Jake Speight tapped in on the line to make it three.

The rout was finished off when Speight scored his second with a header on 89 minutes.

Meanwhile, Harrogate Town settled for a 0-0 draw at Stafford Rangers after a bizarre finish to the game.

Town had lots of early chances, Mattie Young, Ryan Toulson and Mike Roddy all going close.

Then, just after the restart, substitute Richard Marshall's shot was parried and James Deane hit the post.

The main talking point of the game was the referee and on 71 minutes he pulled up injured and a ten minute break followed as the home officials desperately tried to find a replacement linesman. They found one and the match continued.

Stafford nearly clinched the game with moments to go after an atrocious pass back by captain Denny Ingram.

He allowed his opposite number Nick Wellecomme in on goal.

Town's keeper Jim Provett tried to deny Wellecomme but he was left stranded on the floor and fortunately for Town Shane Killock was on the line to clear the ball away.
