UK digital tech investment reached £6.8bn in 2016, that’s 50 per cent higher than any other European country and Leeds now offers around 24,000 digital jobs at an average salary of £50,041.

The digital sector is also set to be a main driver in the economic growth of Leeds and the Northern Powerhouse, supporting the creation of an estimated 800,000 new jobs UK-wide by 2050.

As an in-house recruiter, it’s important that we attract a good flow of candidates to Leeds for a variety of tech roles.

People can enjoy a lengthy and challenging career in Leeds, which now offers some of the most exciting opportunities in high-performance computing, data science, propensity modelling, programmatic display, ad-tech, data streaming and real-time decisioning.

The big brand names here are evidence of our accelerating expertise.

We’re increasingly applying data to support the recruitment process and innovations such as our first AI ChatBot, fronted by Sky Sports’ Jeff Stelling, are giving a more personalised front-end experience and capturing useful insight.

We also represent Leeds technologists at events such as Java Conference Munich, Agile Manchester, React Europe and Tech UG to tell people about the types of roles and lifestyle people can find here.

We’re proud to be in Leeds and proud to share the great story of digital in the city.
