Yarnbury rugby Club ditched scrums for a gruelling charity bike ride.

Club members rode from their base in Horsforth to Yarnbury in Grassington for Leeds breast cancer charity The Haven.

The ride, organised by Adam Stephenson, saw 79 bikers, aged 20 to 59, set out on June 6.

They covered 99 miles over two days. Horsforth MP Stuart Andrews got the charity riders underway.

The organisers are hoping to raise in excess of £10,000.
