A mill at a historic west Leeds site is now fully let.

Sandsgate, which is based at the Sunny Bank Mill complex, is now fully let as part of its transformation into a major employer in the village.

The owners of the mills are reviving the Farsley site by taking inspiration from Bradford’s World Heritage Site, Salts Mill.

Dave Spink Photography and DH2 Solutions Ltd have both moved into the refurbished Edwardian mill which is where local soaps Emmerdale and Heartbeat were filmed.

Sandsgate, which has recently undergone a £750,000 modernisation programme, is now home to 10 companies and also houses an art gallery and coffee shop.
