proposals to build brand new council homes on three sites in Bramley and Armley are set to move forward.
The Garnets, Broadlea Street and The Whinmoor pub are among a number of sites being developed under the Council Housing Growth Programme.
Now the council’s senior housing officer has signed off the initial stages of talks with appointed firm Kier to further develop the schemes.
The talks will include the development of a design and price for each of the three schemes.
It is hoped that Broadlea Street will eventually have 24 new family houses, The Garnets will deliver 25 houses and the Whinmoor Pub site will have 22 family houses.
