West Leeds: Divers take the plunge with Rio heroes
Olympic heroes Chris Mears and Jack Laugher made a splash at Pudsey Leisure Centre over the weekend.
The 3m synchronised springboard gold medallists were special guests at the launch of a new diving lessons programme at the centre in Leeds.
Jack, who also claimed a silver in the men’s individual 3m springboard final, and Chris offered expert advice and tips to youngsters as they took part in introductory taster diving sessions.
As part of the programme on offer, young people can experience the delights of diving in one of three groups depending on their ability and experience.
