Police have issued a CCTV image in an appeal for information after a thief stole from a Pudsey shop.

Detectives have released the photo in the hope a member of the public might recognise the man.

They wish to trace him in connection with a shoplifting incident, which took place at the Co-op supermarket on Town Street in Pudsey.

The theft occurred on the evening of Wednesday March 

The culprit is understood to have filled a bag with a large quantity of items, including 
a number of air fresheners and Lynx deoderants.

He also stole items of food, before leaving without 

Anyone who recognises the man in the image should contact Pudsey Neigbourhood Policing Team, quoting the crime reference number of
