Police are appealing for information to help find a man who went missing in Wakefield yesterday.

Marcin Korycki, 26, was reported missing from the Ouchthorpe Lane area of Wakefield yesterday morning.

Marcin is a Polish national and was last seen at around 9.25am.

He is described as being around 6ft 1ins tall and was last seen wearing grey tracksuit bottoms, a grey sweatshirt and blue trainers.

Wakefield CID is keen to hear from anyone who has seen him or may know his whereabouts.

Detective Inspector Steve Greenbank of Wakefield CID, said: “We are concerned for Marcin’s welfare as he does have health issues, and officers are carrying out extensive searches in Wakefield.

“I would ask Marcin or anyone who has seen him to contact us.”

Anyone who has any information about Marcin’s whereabouts is being asked to contact Wakefield Police immediately on 101, referencing police log 0436 of September 25.
