The stars of children’s animation PAW Patrol left their home in Adventure Bay to visit young fans in Kirkstall Bridge Shopping Park yesterday.

Chase, Marshall and Skye from the smash hit Nick Jr. show appeared at the event organised by Kirkstall Bridge outside Smyths Toys between 11am and 3.30pm.

PAW Patrol follows the adventures of six rescue dogs and a tech-savvy boy named Ryder, as they work together to protect their community.

The series has captured the imagination of pre-school children with its mixture of excitement and community-focused messages.

And excited children couldn’t wait to meet the canine stars, who posed for photos and hugs during the afternoon.

The puppies’ appearance came after the stars of the show performed at Leeds’ First Direct Arena earlier this week.
