Leeds youngster Junior was invited to perform with the X Factor winner during the opening night of her UK tour entitled ‘Sing My Heart Out’ in Northampton on Thursday night.

The 12-year-old, who attends Leeds West Academy, got to perform his own set of three dance routines.

But the biggest surprise was still to come when Sam invited Junior to join her on stage for her finale.

Earlier this week the YEP told how National Express pledged to provide Junior and his family with free travel to London so he can pursue his dream further after being awarded a dance scholarship in London.

His mum Kerry said: “Junior looked so at home on the stage and was so confident and relaxed behaving like a professional.

“I was so proud to see him up on stage at such a huge event.

“We really can’t thank Sam enough for her kindness and for giving Junior such a huge opportunity.”
