Matthew Hedley-Stoppard - Otley’s official town poet - has teamed up with the charity, which supports the heart unit at LGI, to offer bespoke poems in the run up to Valentine’s Day.

Romantic fundraisers can upload the name of a loved one online at chsf.org.uk/poems by February 12 in return for a minimum donation of £1, for Matthew to craft a poem in their honour. He said: “’I’m proud to use my skills...for such a wonderful cause.”
