POLICE in Leeds have thanked the public for their help after a missing 15-year-old girl was found safe and well.

Police issued an appeal to find Olivia Byrne after she was reported missing on April 18.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “Olivia Byrne, aged 15, from Leeds, who was the subject of a missing persons appeal today, has now been found safe and well.

“We are very grateful to everyone who assisted by sharing the appeal.”
