TWO men suffered stab wounds during what police believe was a targeted attack in the Grange Road area of Batley.

The victims aged 18 and 24 were treated in hospital and later discharged following the attack, which happened between midnight and 1.30am yesterday.

Det sgt Adrian Belle, of Kirklees District CID, said: “The suspects are believed to be have known to the victims and we are treating this as a targeted incident.

“We are appealing for anyone who was in the Grange Road area between midnight and 1.30am who may have witnessed the incident, or have information that may assist the investigation.’’
