Road closed after pensioner injured in collision with car in Leeds

A PENSIONER suffered head injuries after she was involved in collision with a car in Main Street at Garforth this morning..

The woman pedestrian in her seventies suffered a head injury and was taken to hospital following the incident just after 11.30am this morning. (Weds Jan 4)

Police have closed Main Street at its junctions with Barley Hill and Church Lane as investigations are carried out at the scene.
