A ROUND of bus timetable changes came into force in Leeds and the rest of West Yorkshire over the weekend.

Services affected included the 757 Leeds Bradford Airport route, with all overnight journeys being withdrawn Monday to Friday.

A new X63 service is providing direct links between Leeds, Crown Point and Cross Green. Services 402 and 403 will now operate via Aberford Road, Main Street and Lidgett Lane in Garforth.

On the 86A route, the 1935 and 2035 journeys from St James’s Hospital to Swinnow are running via Stanningley Road, Richardshaw Lane, Lidget Hill, Lowtown and Swinnow Road onto Swinnow Lane.

The 59 route has been revised so that it runs between East End Park and Leeds’s Infirmary Street.

The 60A will no longer serve Cross Green while the number 60 has been withdrawn.

On the number 4, some evening journeys have been revised to start from Galloway Lane.
