A new piece of public artwork is winning admiring glances from Leeds United fans heading to Elland Road.

And now a time lapse-style video has been put together that shows how the mural at the Lowfields Road tunnel took shape.

The video has been produced by the Leeds United Supporters’ Trust, which spearheaded the mural project.

Unveiled earlier this month, the mural features images of former United manager Howard Wilkinson and the legendary midfield of Gary Speed, David Batty, Gary McAllister and Gordon Strachan that helped propel Leeds to their 1992 title win.
