There's good news if you're a passenger on First bus services in Leeds.

The company has announced a raft of new features that will be introduced when their latest fleet of vehicles enters service.

New buses will have Wi-fi, USB charging ports, on-board next stop announcements, contactless payment options and more comfortable seating.

Some of the firm's rivals, including the Harrogate Bus Co, which runs services into Leeds, already have the technology installed in their vehicles.

First are also running a passenger survey to allow customers to suggest further improvements to the next generation of buses.
