The Dockyard chain to open
craft ale group, The Dockyard, is launching its first Leeds bar in the Merrion Centre later this year, creating 20 new jobs.
In an industrial setting it will specialise in lagers, ales, spirits and wines from around the world.
Steve Pilling, owner, said: “The Merrion Centre was a clear choice for us when looking for our first location in Leeds. The exciting and diverse range of restaurants, shops and offices in addition to its proximity city centre residential makes it a great fit for our ‘21st century local pub’ model.
