Teenager hurt in Leeds collision

A teenager was hit by a car in Leeds yesterday morning.

The incident took place near the junction of Burley Road and Cardigan Lane at 7.20am.

The girl, 14, was taken to Leeds General Infirmary with injuries to her left leg and right arm, which were not understood to be serious. No action was taken against the driver.
