US reality TV star Jesse McClure drew huge crowds for his appearance in Batley on Thursday night.

The Storage Hunters expert was ‘mobbed’ by fans as he officially opened Frankie’s Burgers on Bradford Road, according to his agents.

The quirky Californian has become a cult figure after the show became on unlikely hit in the UK, achieving channel Dave’s highest viewing figures.

Jesse is currently on a promotional tour of the country and sampled some of Frankie’s American-inspired dishes while meeting staff and customers.
