Snake stolen from West Yorkshire rare breeds farm

A snake has been stolen from a rare breeds farm.

The 9ft boa constrictor was taken from a reptile house at the Ponderosa Centre on Smithies Lane in Heckmondwike between 6.30pm on Monday, June 21, and 8.30am on Tuesday, June 22.

The snake was described as large and potentially dangerous but placid in nature. It is brown and has a scar on its nose.
