BUS users in Leeds have been warned that sweeping timetable changes are due to come into force in the city this weekend.
A string of services are being withdrawn, while others will be running according to revised schedules.
Changes announced by transport chiefs include:
The 11A service is being withdrawn, with journeys re-routed via York Road as the number 11;
The number 14’s route is being revised to run from Vicar Lane in Leeds city centre through to Bramley via the route of current services 85 and 87, which are being withdrawn;
Service 15 is being extended every hour from Leeds to East End Park, replacing the 59 during Monday to Saturday daytimes;
The number 74 is being revised to run between Leeds and Middleton only;
Middleton circular services 75, 75A and 76 are being withdrawn, as are evening journeys on the 86A between Bramley and Swinnow.
