The Morris Marina is widely regarded as one of the least cool cars of the past 50 years - with Richard Hammond particularly critical of the family saloon.
But rookie mechanic Patxi Beasley saw potential in the old banger when he came across it for sale on Ebay.
Patxi,18, paid £720 for the now very rare Brooklands Green motor and set about transforming it into a fun alternative to most teenagers’ cars.
He ripped out the 1977 Marina’s powerplant and replaced it with a Ford Mondeo Zetec engine and Ford Sierra gearbox.
