Are you taking part in Movember this month? If so the YEP wants you to send in snaps of your moustachioed faces.

This weekend will have seen men across the city temporarily ditch their razors as they support popular charity movement Movember. The annual campaign invites men to sign up clean-shaven on November 1 and commit to growing a moustache over the 30 days of November.

Organised by the Movember Foundation, the quirky project aims to raise awareness and funds for men’s health.

And as moustaches start to sprout across the city in the name of charity - we want you to send in your snaps to the YEP.

Are you a ‘Mo Bro’ - affectionately dubbed by the foundation - who can provide evidence of your Mo-growing efforts?

Showcase your temporary new look with a picture in the YEP - in a bid to raise even more awareness of the cause, which this year is also highlighting the issue mental health among men.

Nicola Furbisher, managing editor of the YEP, said: “We know a lot of hard work will go into crafting your moustaches this Movember. So why not show off your work by sending in a Movember selfie to the YEP?

“The Movember movement is a great cause - anything which highlights and raises awareness of men’s health is hugely worthwhile.”

Send in your snaps by the end of the month and we will feature them in a spread in the YEP. Email yep.newsdesk@ypn.co.uk
