The historic Joseph’s Well building has snapped up four new tenants after a major refurbishment.
The 156,000 sq ft building near Westgate was originally built for Leeds clothing magnate and former Leeds mayor and MP John Barran, and recently underwent a major refurbishment to create high-quality office space near the city centre.
New occupiers include X-Lab Ltd, Ian Richards and Co, Michael Dack and Co and ESG (Skills) Ltd. Existing tenants Cramer Solicitors and Bryan G Hall increased their space in the building.
The YEP understands the former Joseph’s Well pub, which was a popular music venue that closed in 2012, remains empty.
