A winning recipe for a burger is to feature on menus across the UK.

Jess Watkinson, 19, entered the competition to design a burger at the Skyrack pub, Headingley, by outlining the ingredients for ‘The Big Porky.’

The burger, consisting of a pork and chorizo patty, smoked streaky bacon, BBQ pulled pork, mature cheddar cheese and warm apple sauce in a seeded brioche bun, triumphed in the contest held by around 100 local Greene King pubs across the UK.
