People from across north Leeds are being urged to step outside and take part in National Outdoor Fitness Day.
British Military Fitness is holding free sessions at its parks around the country, to encourage locals to improve their lifestyles.
And north Leeds residents are invited to join one of the biggest ever BMF sessions at Roundhay Park at 10am on May 30.
Members from parks across Yorkshire are expected to join those who already train at the Leeds beauty spot.
And instructors are hoping non-members will embrace the chance to enjoy physical activity in the fresh air. According to research, outdoor workouts have many benefits, such as burning up to 30 per cent more calories.
