Married Single Other: Leeds landmarks feature on TV show

Eagle-eyed TV viewers should be on the lookout for Leeds landmarks when new comedy drama Married Single Other starts this month.

The six-part series was made in the city at locations including Kirkstall Abbey, Millennium Square, Roundhay Park, Clarence Dock and Victoria Quarter.

Its stars include Lucy Davis (The Office), Ralf Little (The Royle Family) and Dean Lennox Kelly (Shameless).

The show's take on the love lives of three couples is expected to draw comparison with TV hits Cold Feet and Friends.

It was made by Left Bank Pictures with support from Screen Yorkshire, the Leeds-based organisation that promotes the county's cinema, broadcast and media industries.

The partnership worked on The Damned United, last year's film about Brian Clough's 44-day reign as Leeds United manager.

* Married Single Other's first episode goes out on ITV1 on February 22.
